•I couldnt possibly have enough good things to say about Dean, he was very patient with my difficult schedule, willing to meet me at odd hours and weekends, he went out of his way to do favors and leg work for us, and helped us find exactly what we needed, which was a lot with little to work with. The home buying experience was a night mare especially dealing with mortgage companies and underwriters who seem to like to play games with peoples lives and dreams, if it weren't for Dean we would of gave up, but Dean was open and honest with us right from the beginning, he knew what to expect and how the Antichrist at the mortgage companies lie and games they play, so he got us through all of it. Dean was not our first realtor, we found that a lot of realtors are as evil as the mortgage company, upon being played and strung along by another realtor, we finally gave up on that venture and started calling around to interview realtors and i just put every thing out there making my demands and letting them know i wasn't going to be played again, and thats how i found Dean, He didn't always tell me what i wanted to hear, but he told me the truth and the reality of what to expect and how to deal with it, and I will tell you this, If you want some one honest,, knowledgeable and who will treat you like a friend and not a pay check, Dean is you Man. I would hire him again in a heart beat.
