•Lakaisha makes miracles happen. She was so incredible every step of the way. She was able to get us connected with a lender that was as incredible as she is and together they are a dream team. Lakaisha was on top of everything in our home buying journey. She took time out of her day (and evenings too) regularly throughout to talk my anxiety down, all while staying on top of deadlines, paperwork, negotiating repairs, offers and counter offers. She is not just an amazing realtor, but an incredible human being. She understood and came up with creative solutions to the added challenges during the process (my husband being nightshift, our car troubles, and especially with my daughter being special needs and requiring full time caretaking). She was such a comforting presence through all of it. I'm so glad I didn't end up working with someone else. Even after closing she helped us with getting warranty info from the seller. Lakaisha is hands down the best.
