•After visiting various properties this one seemed befitting to explore and investigate. It was under construction and upon visiting it, seemed to be the right choice. One of the persons involved with Synergy, when asked about the mounds of sand and debris, related that it will taken care of. The mound was leveled but the debris remained. A sprinkler system was not supplied however the sod was placed. No water source available The Synergy agent sent me an unopened folder that i was unable to open. Signed and returned This did not allow me to make any changes to the interior that I could have made When I spoke personally with Selma Synergy’s agent, her comment was that I should have opened it with a laptop. I was not happy about and this and left me with a sour note I advised my realtor of this event and being that I had signed and wired the monies there were no choices for me. My realtor advised that I send her a copy of everything sent to me. That I have. done. The debris was removed by me, four truck loads at my expense. A number of repairs were necessary and have not been completed as of yet This is not a negative reflection of my realtor however the distrust that Synergy and Selma demonstrated. Now I am awaiting the necessary information about real estate taxes and how to reduce the amount. My agent is working on this issue. All in all, this was a challenge both for me and my agent.
