•21 years ago David helped me find my perfect home. His guidance, patience (looking at nearly 20 homes), professionalism and assistance were invaluable. When I was ready to move again, I of course had to have David’s expertise. Nothing had changed other than perhaps his increased savviness. David prepared a wonderful and completely thorough binder for potential buyers of my home. That’s probably why it sold after the 3rd showing. David prepared excellent packets for each home we viewed as i searched for the perfect home. After visiting several homes, I again found “my” perfect home. I highly recommend David. You will be happy, he will not disappoint!
