Simply put, 'wonderful' is an understatement...

Simply put, 'wonderful' is an understatement. Katie helped my boyfriend and I purchase our first house and I can't imagine having worked with anyone else. Katie answered each and every one of our questions (and some that we didn't even think to ask) and on the rare occasion that she didn't have the answer in hand, she got it to us unbelievably quickly. Any time a new house came up we got the update from her, along with a 'when would you like to see it?' As with any home purchase/sale, there were bumps along the way. and while looking back, the bumps we hit would probably be considered minor, as first-time buyers they seemed like the end of the world. Katie was our rock through it all. Any time nerves crept in ,her calm and experience were only a phone call away, and we knew every moment that she was on our side and on top of everything. That, in my opinion, is invaluable. We would work with her again with out a moment's hesitation. Trust is important, and she certainly has ours.<br/><br/>Just as a side note, I know a lot of people out there say not to use people suggested by your agent (such as inspectors), and maybe that's true for some, but the people she pointed us towards exceeded our expectations by a mile. When she suggests someone, she is truly looking out for your best interest and wants you to have ALL the information, be it good or bad, so that you can make an informed decision.
