•Matt is professional and hard working, He has helped me buy and sale real estate for many years. He is knowledgable and goal oriented. Matt goes above and beyond the call of of duty. I moved from Colorado about four years ago. I had renters in one of the houses I owned and wanted to sale. Matt basically did all the things I would have done if I were there. Two weeks before the closing, Matt went to inspect the house. The renters had left it in rough shape. Matt took it upon himself, on my behalf, to hire painters and house cleaners. Unfortunately, there was a lot of debris left by the prior tenant in the garage. Matt had it hauled away. Finally, I have known him since he was in high school. He was always that kid I wanted my son to be friends with. Matt and my son are all grown up now but he is still that kid I want representing me when it comes to real estate!
