•Our 90 year old Mother moved from the San Antonio area to be near my sister in North Texas. We contacted Susan to list our home pending doing some substantial freshening up at the house--repaint home, new flooring and carpet, repairs including new sheetrock in the garage, power washing, tree-trimming and landscape updates. Not only did she provide references of trades that could assist in the updates, but met some of the providers at the house and assisted in getting bids. (I am in Houston and not nearby.) She expertly guided us on the pricing of the home and advised us on offers as received. Even in the great real estate market in San Antonio, the house sold and closed quicker than we could imagine at a price above asking. She is the ultimate trusted professional and we could not have been more pleased with her service.
