HARD WORKING, HONEST, GO GETTER

Julia was recommended to my family by Dan Gadwa of Concord Mortgage. We selected him based on a recommendation as well. Immediately upon meeting Julia, my wife and I were greeted with warmth, genuine care and friendly and easy going conversation. Julia quickly got to the bottom of what we were looking for, got us inside the home, and negotiated a very fair deal. She continued to negotiate until we were at the closing table. She did not give up and she was just as friendly as she was the first day, through the entirety of the process. People cannot believe how little we paid for this quality built home in this fast paced market. She worked with the seller to help him through the transaction also, because he didn't have his own Realtor. She treated him with the same care and respect that she treated my family with. We wound up closing the deal in less than 2 weeks during the time when many were saying mortgages were taking longer than normal. She went above and beyond during the process, providing exceptional customer service, quick responsive action to all of the questions we had and we don't know how she does it all but we sure do appreciate every thing that she did for our family, which was a lot. We will be recommending her to everyone that we know that needs real estate assistance. She provides outstanding service and has market knowledge beyond her years. Her brokerage is also family owned, and Livingston County natives for over 20 years. They did not charge us processing fees that all of the other buyer's agents were going to charge us. Upwards of $500!!
