Excellent Experience working with Michelle Chapman

As a speculative, custom home Builder/Investor on the Outer Banks, in excess of 35 years, I would highly recommend Michelle Chapman. She assisted me in acquiring approximately 40 land purchases, over the last six years. As soon as vacant land became available, she was always informative and available to write an offer. Many times it was after regular business hours. To many, it may have been an inconvenience. However, she was always there to ensure that my offer was presented as quickly as possible, particularly during times when multiple offers were pouring in on any vacant land. Otherwise, I may not have had the opportunity to acquire all. She is extremely knowledgeable of the Outer Banks, particularly in the Townships of Kill Devil Hills and in the prestigious Pine Island, Corolla. Her communication skills were excellent and despite being a somewhat difficult client, she was able to handle all transactions in a smooth and calm manner! Updates were provided almost on a daily basis, via phone conversations, text messages and emails. After purchasing each piece of land, I proceeded to build a speculative home. She was excellent, with regard to entering the exact information and pictures on each home she listed. She went above and beyond on each one. Every single spec home either sold as soon as it was listed or shortly afterward! This was approximately 40 homes and many of the buyers were a little difficult. Her negotiation skills were excellent! Many, many thanks to Michelle Chapman for all the hard work and many hours she spent assisting me in purchasing land and selling my spec homes on the Outer Banks! I know it was a difficult task, but she did make every transaction come to fruition.
