•As a first time homebuyer I was concerned about the whole process especially in today's market. From the first phone conversation Christina reached out and listened to what I was looking for, helped find and set up places to look at, answered all my questions about places and the process and so much more! She explained what was involved in putting in an offer and why to pick one number over another. Once I found my new place she was irreplaceable in the process of getting to closing, even advocating on my behalf to my lender for a better deal and for the seller to cover a majority of closing costs. I could not have asked for a better person to walk through this with and I know she would do the same for anyone else. So thankful to know and have worked with Christina and would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to look for a place in the Atlanta area!
