Plenty of Viewings

Market knowledge, marketing the home by various electronic and published methods, and staging advice were exceptional. Berkshire Hathaway staff office provided excellent teamwork. If we saw Kirby do some of the open house events we would give a five-star rating. Using teammate extensively for open house events resulted in too much second-hand feedback. In the end, we got the price I originally envisioned. There was a very large number of viewings, a paucity of feedback, and a long market time for the number of viewings. Market time was in about the typical range (45 days) for similar houses at that time.
