•Claudette was exceptional through this entire process. This was a short sale, so it was a very lengthy sale, but Claudette kept us updated and worked very well with the negotiator, selling agent, and loan company. My loan company had a lot of changes in personnel during our sale. The loan company is also based on Missouri, which made when difficult to contact at times. Claudette kept the ball rolling and made the loan company stay on task. Claudette also sent paid for an HVAC specialist to visit the property after inspectors had some doubts about the AC system. Even after the sale, she made sure that our customer experience was enjoyable.
