•We moved to the Pines Lake area of Wayne about 6 years ago, and certainly wish we had known about Lynn upon our arrival. Lynn is a consummate professional who goes above and beyond for her clients. For example, we didn’t know about new regulations for smoke/CO detectors for homes. Lynn didn’t just tell us about the changes, she showed up with the required number of updated detectors, and to-code fire extinguisher for the kitchen too. Above. And. Beyond. She also has a portfolio of professionals she let us draw upon for repairs that had to be made after the home inspection. Each of her professionals was reasonably priced and on-schedule. Our only regret about hiring Lynn is that we won’t be able to work with her again on our future home purchases because we’re moving out of NJ. She spoiled us. But rest assured, we will hire Lynn again in a heartbeat if we end up back in Jersey. You should hire her too.
