•We sold and bought with The Homan Group. We could not be more satisfied with our experience. Ran into some unforeseen problems with the sale of our home and Tom Sr. went above and beyond what any agent should ever have to do to complete the sale of a home. He is seriously our hero!! Kaitlin was super to work with to purchase a home. Always willing to show homes at any time and gave us insight on homes we were interested in viewing that we hadn't noticed in the listings. She's a wealth of good information, a sweetheart to deal with and very patient. We ran into some delays with the closing of the home, none of which due to the Homan Group. Kait was definitely the calm in the storm. Would highly recommend The Homan Group! You will not find a better group of people to deal with.
