Juan has been helping me buying properties for around 9 years

Juan has been helping me buying properties for around 9 years. During my last purchase, being a probate we needed to get court documents signed from the Estate as soon as possible. Juan was always getting me informed of the process and assured me things will get done and I would be able to get the house. He also helped me negotiate the price for a significant amount. Excellent communication Spanish and English. He is always available by phone.
