•Joe went above and beyond in every way to find me this home. We didn’t get an initial property in this community and stumbled across a gem that’d been sitting here for nearly 4 months. Due to it being owned by an investment firm it took 4-5 different calls just to get permission to tour the property. Joe was persistent and diligent in his approach making sure I got into the home I really wanted even if the hurdles were far more than the average listing. In addition to his great service he was always prompt to respond with all answers to my questions and I tend to turn every stone potentially more than most so I’m very grateful he took the time and bottom line, he cares and it shows. Couldn’t recommend him enough, if you’re looking for an agent he’s your guy. Thanks again Joe, couldn’t be happier.
