•Gina never failed to communicate. She kept us informed of showings and feedback. Gina had multiple open houses and never failed to make our home shine. We sold our home in a very challenging buyer’s market- interest rates were up, potential buyers were few but Gina never was discouraged. As former realtors we were full of ideas, she accepted suggestions, implemented them and had many innovative ideas for marketing herself. We moved before the house sold. That put an additional burden on Gina. She never complained about having to do extra chores like changing a smoke detector battery. We recommend Gina wholeheartedly as a realtor with the ability to sell our home in a challenging market. She exhibited knowledge, professionalism and innovative marketing skills. Gina always had a smile on her face no matter the circumstances.
