•We worked with Cassandra on our house hunt and eventual purchase for approximately 8 weeks. Cassandra contacted us promptly upon introduction and was responsive throughput. Cassandra is a seasoned professional yet caring and delightful to be around. We met with an issue early on and she was very supportive. Cassandra is calm yet cheerful and always made us feel as though we were in sound hands. Even when Cassandra had to work on other activities, she ensured that we were taken care of. Patty particularly and finally Lavenia were excellent covers for her and a testament to the Better Homes team. Cassandra also kept in contact with us and was never too busy or too far away to communicate. Cassandra also put us in contact with other professionals that have proven to be extremely helpful also. A process that can be stressful was made to be much smoother because of her. We appreciate Cassandra and would highly recommend her for any property sale. It was our pleasure working with her.
