Above and beyond our expectations!
Our selling agent Heidi Kabat of Remax in Wisconsin has now sold 3 of our homes. We wanted to stay with Remax in our quest for a new home in Kentucky. When we asked if she could find an agent for us in Kentucky, she did all the leg work and got us in touch with Tyanne Whitworth. Tyanne was always eager and ready to go. We thought we knew what we wanted in a home and after looking at several of what we thought we wanted, we changed it up on Tyanne mid game. Tyanne took it in stride and researched new homes for us to look at. I would come down on business trips and she would have homes for me to look at based on my schedule after work. She was even working for us while on vacation in Hawaii! Above and beyond our expectations! In the end she showed us 26 homes. She made our first night in our new home special with a gift and our first Kentucky meal. We would not and will not hesitate to recommend Tyanne to any friends and family looking to sell or buy a home. We have friends considering a relocation to Kentucky. I would highly recommend Tyanne for your home selling or buying needs. Our relocation from Wisconsin to Kentucky was made easy when looking and the final purchase of our new home here in Kentucky. This was a 6 month process. We told her what we wanted and she provide homes for us to view online and then select for viewing locally. We would provide a list and she would schedule the showings. We looked at 26 homes here in Kentucky in three different visits. We thought we truly new what we were looking for in a home but changed our wants in the middle of the game. Tyanne took them in stride and looked for different homes for us to view. She was always in touch and checking on the progress of the sale with our home in Wisconsin. She provided contacts for financing and insuring our new home locally. As well as making sure things were moving forward in Kentucky. Kept us on point with the task required when needed locally. She made our first night in our new home in Kentucky special and it was greatly appreciated after traveling from Wisconsin all day and being exhausted. I can't say enough about Tyanne and what she did for us in our new adventure.
