•We worked with Brett in the fall of 2018. We were living in the Bay and moving to SoCal. Brett educated us on neighborhoods and provided many suggestions on homes that fit our needs. Importantly, Brett accommodated our travel schedule and went out of his way to ensure we saw the properties we wanted to see. He was always immediately responsive to us and kept us tight throughout the entire process. He displayed his market knowledge around timing and value as well as flexibility of thinking as we contemplated a couple properties. When a pending property we had identified as perfect for us failed to close, we were able to pounce on it quickly. Because of Brett's approach, we got the house we wanted, in a great neighborhood and school district at the price we wanted to pay. We love our home and couldn't be happier with the way everything worked out.
