▶Kim has helped us into two homes now. Moving from Lake Charles to Baton Rouge, we had no clue what part of town we wanted to be. With many years of experience, she knew the perfect spot. I didn’t think buying a home could be so quick and stress free.. and when I say she made the process easy, I mean she made the process easy! Everything was explained thoroughly but in a way that we could understand. She did all of the leg work and was happy to do so. We will forever appreciate, use and recommend Kim Trahan.
When we first contacted Kim telling her our needs of needing to find a house, she took all the guesswork work out of it for us. She was there for every step of the process by phone, text or in person and for our best interest each and every time. We helped find the house then let her get to work on the rest and we literally followed her lead to the closing table 4 weeks later completely effortlessly. She was a Godsend to us in such a busy hectic time in our lives. Thank you Kim!
