Applewood House Sale

After a careful evaluation of local realtors, we contacted Terry Utzinger in early May 2022 to sell our home. We wanted a realtor with exacting knowledge of the area and local market conditions, and who was equipped with sufficient resources to facilitate our needs. The Utzinger group checked all the boxes for us. We were most comfortable with Terry's thorough and honest approach to placing our house on the market.
