To say Patrick was helpful, well that would be an understatement. He applied his expertise and knowledge as a contractor to help me find and buy the perfect home. His understanding of what it takes to build a quality home is unmatched and invaluable. Patricks’ understanding of how and to be the buyer’s voice in this very competitive market was absolutely perfect. He had the ability to know when and what to say, what to ask of the builder for the property I purchased, and how to lead the builder and me to a win-win for the entire process. He knows exactly what to look for in a new build and how to help the buyer understand what can and cannot be expected from the builder. He insured that the builder followed the set time line and met all the dates that were crucial for the closing on the purchased property.
