I am so lucky I was able to work with Gavin to find my new home. I honestly do not believe any realtor would have been able to go above and beyond like Gavin did for us. We were a difficult case- we needed a house with specific features in a short period of time as we were moving from a different city. Gavin was able to take all of our information and set up several viewings within the week. However, this is not what impressed me the most about working with him. Gavin listened to what we did or did not like about the houses we were seeing and he created new viewings based on what he knew we would like. This led us to find the perfect house. Again, Gavin's professionalism and dedication did not stop there. He worked extremely hard to ensure we were able to close the house as fast as possible. I have never met someone who works as hard as Gavin does. He was able to answer every single one of my questions in a very timely manner and I always knew exactly where we were in the process. I genuinely felt like Gavin cared about us and wanted to make sure we were happy with the house and the process. At the end of the day I cannot say enough good things about working with Gavin. I feel so very fortunate that I was able to find him on Zillow. Honestly I probably would be without a house if I had worked with any other realtor who was wary of putting in the hard work and hours that Gavin does. I highly recommend working with Gavin. I will personally be referring him to others in the city but I wanted to be sure I detailed my experience on zillow, as that is where I got in touch with him.
