•Jennifer was a competent, personable and determined real estate professional. My wife and I wanted to buy a new property in a good neighborhood with a great school district and she delivered quickly and efficiently. We also enjoyed greatly her personality, sense of humor and ability to manage the difficulties of buying a house in this Boulder fast paced market. We highly recommend Jenn, she is the best realtor we have ever had.
Jennifer is simply the best! I have used Jennifer in three transactions now, and I trust her judgment absolutely. She knows the markets, the neighborhoods, is very savvy yet respectful (especially with the other agents, which I love!) and her intuition has been spot on every time. Jennifer has gone WAY above and beyond but never makes you feel as though she is going out of her way (even when I know she has - and thanks, Jen!) She is a calming influence in a raging storm and also realistic about what makes sense in real life. I never once felt pressured about doing something that wasn't right for me and my family, and if anything she was the voice of reason making me think about the realities of what we needed as well as what we wanted. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I would definitely use Jennifer again except I hope to never move from my new dream home!
Working with Jennifer was amazing. we cannot imagine a better realtor to work with in Boulder. We were able to sell our house in 1.5 weeks and get the full asking price. This was due mainly to her masterful skills in finding help to fix up our house in a short period of time and in negotiating the various steps in the contract process.
