Townhome For Our Daughter

A very professional and responsive experience as Kristin and her team met with us and our daughter to lay out expectations and the process. Kristin then spent several weekends touring listings with our daughter and also provided us with a virtual tour of the townhome when we (parents) were working out of state. Once the decision was made to make an offer, Kristin was helpful working through negotiations (including a somewhat tricky Seller escrow for a sewer line repair) and provided a number of referrals for an inspector and some preliminary home improvements. We highly recommend Kristin!
