Gwen Smith was the last of 15+ realtors we had used in the last 4 years.
Gwen was amazing. She was always positive, upbeat, informative, and you could tell this was not to sell property but to find us what we wanted for our dream. Her attitude was always this way, even when we would pass on a property. Even though the property met most of our criteria, there would be 1 or 2 things that made it not right for us. She never gave up and continued to find and show properties. She shared her knowledge of the area, the parcel, and answered our question on the spot but promised to get back to us on any additional questions we needed researched. (and she always did). She would research every property she would show us and answer most of our questions while we were walking the property. She talked to my wife and not just me. Many of the other female realtors always directed information specifically to me and never really warmed up to my wife. She treated us as equal partners in the search. She has tremendous knowledge of the area; it's craftsmen's and available service providers for those areas as well. We felt when we asked her for a resource, she was quick to supply us with names of reputable service providers. She was always available and responded in a very timely manner to any and all requests. Her efforts made the difference for us. We have spent the better part of the last 4 years looking for the right property. She made it happen. Thank you Gwen
