•Kris and Helen were PHENOMENAL during the sale of our townhouse! We moved out of our property prior to listing. They staged the home, made minor repairs, and had the property looking beautiful. Most importantly, they made it extremely easy on our family (including 2 small kids) and needed minimal input or effort from us throughout the process. They have an intimate knowledge of the area, and though we were initially apprehensive about the higher list price, they proved us wrong... lucky for us! They were honest and trustworthy and exceeded our expectations. I would recommend them without hesitation
