Josh set the bar high. With my being out of state he made this very easy for me. My house was rural and a 30 minute drive from his office. My situation was stressful being out of state and handling a vacant home. He went above and beyond to host many open houses and handled the coordination with a contractor to get my pending sale finalized. He was quick to respond to all my inquiries, clear in his explanations, and his strategies and ideas worked just as he said they would.
