•I was moving back here to FL after being away for 6 years. I was selling my home in GA after becoming a widow while Annette helped me find a new place here in Naples. She was extremely helpful being able to pinpoint places that she knew I would like based on the location where I wanted to live. She was very knowledgeable about all the communities in Naples so was able to provide insight on whether I would like them or not since I had a list of certain "must haves". She set up appointments for when I finally got down here & also pre-evaluated places on her own beforehand. She was very thorough in pointing out pros & cons but always let me make my own decision. When we finally narrowed down the search she provided me with the HOA documents, set up inspections, explained all the documents & set up the closing when I finally decided on my final choice. Although I hope I never have to move again, I would not hesitate to enlist Annette to help me or recommend her to others. The best thing is that in the process she has become my very dear friend.
