•Kim was our Realtor at a very crazy time.. we listed our home days before the Covid-19 quarantine hit. Kim kicked off the weekend with back to back open houses which had a tremendous turnout. She always made me feel comfortable that she was on site and keeping an eye on things during the Open Houses. Fortunately our home went under contract within a day or two and we were very happy with her advice and negotiating input. Due to Covid-19 the sale of our home fell through, and we waited until we felt safe and comfortable putting it back on the market. Kim was respectful of our decision and allowed us to decide when we were ready to put it on again. She followed all protocol for bringing buyers into the home. Again, we had a buyer very quickly and she negotiated with us for the sale. One of Kim’s best qualities I found was that she never deterred us from what we wanted to do. She did not try and dissuade our thoughts or change our decision, she respectfully allowed us to make our own decisions and gave input when we asked her advice! Everyone should hope they have such a great and easy experience selling or buying a home!
