Rob was AMAZING!!

Not only did he get the home we were selling sold very quickly, but was a huge help in the home that we purchased. He showed us quite a few homes before we found the one that we knew the minute we walked thru the front door it was meant for us. We were not going to get an appraisal because we were paying cash, but Rob strongly suggested that we do, so we did, and he saved us $30,000 by getting that appraisal!!! He went above and beyond the day before our closing as well. We were unable to go to the final walk-through so he went for us and even videotaped so we could see as well. I would strongly recommend using him for Not only the sale of your home, but also to help you find your next one!!
