•Paula showed us a condo in Esplanade at LWR that we came across on realtor.com. She replied immediately to our request to look at the property that afternoon. She was very nice, knowledgeable of the area and thorough. We decided to make an offer and she suggested a price but was very open to what we felt was a comfortable offer. She negotiated well with the seller's agent and we were very happy with the price we settled on. She recommended a fantastic inspector who came out in two days and gave a great report that was easy to read. She was on top of all "to-do" items throughout the process. She's extremely pleasant and easy to work with along with knowledgeable. We bought the first property we looked at and Paula made it a seamless experience. Highly recommend.
