•Coming from out of state, we first met Jennifer via a phone call as we were looking for someone to help us with our search for a home around The Villages, FL. Right from the start, it was very apparent that she knew her market and profession. We discussed what we were looking for, picked a date we would drive down to meet with her and the rest was easy. Jennifer had a list of homes to show us and she quickly adapted to our likes and dislikes. Within a three day span we found our perfect home and she helped us negotiate an offer that was accepted. After returning to our home, she was forever available for questions, helped us navigate the paperwork and even advised us on the community we we’re moving into. She was so attentive the whole way and even helped us with a delivery that arrived earlier than expected and secured the items. She made us feel like we were her only client and never missed a call or text. I hope to never move again but if we do, Jennifer will be our agent.
Rich effectively used the marketing resources available to him to draw attention to the property online. He was extremely responsive and communicative when interest was shown in the property. Additionally, he was very effective during the negotiating phase of the sale. He had our best interests in mind. Finally, his persistency after the offer was made and to the closing was key to our complete satisfaction.
