•I spoke with Denise in July while living in NJ. When I went to FL we met Denise at a townhouse she was very knowledgeable in telling us about HOA and what we would be responsible for and to look into different documents that should be available to us. We did not get the townhouse but we were back in NJ and online found a condo - Denise went to the location and video should it to us. We loved it she made our offer and was continuously in touch being it was a go back and forth situation. We got it! We love it - it feels like our home!!! Denise is very knowledgeable, always available to help. I found not only found a realtor I have found a friend!
