Nicole and Alex helped our family purchase our first home. As first time Buyers, we had no idea what to expect and if we would even be able to qualify for a home loan. Nicole and Alex had extra tools and data that they showed us so we could see on a map what home prices looked like across any mapped area. They also showed us how we could tell when the prices in an area were going to increase and which areas were going to be up and coming so we wouldn't chase the market and get into bidding wars. By the time we went shopping for homes, we felt like we had just taken a real estate course and had full confidence that this Team would guide us in the right direction. We were also very pleased with the loan officer who worked with us because when our offer was accepted on our new home in Corona, the other Agent told us that it was because Nicole and Alex's team wrote very clean offers and that the loan officer was better than most they had seen and was always ahead of our deadlines.
