•I was looking for a camp on a small lake in a specific area. Heidi spent more than a year finding listings, and doing showings for me in order to find exactly what I was hoping for. Given her personal and professional experience with water bodies in the area, Heidi was able to be informative regarding local ordinances/regulations and was willing to speak to local officials when a specific question or concern arose. I never felt pressured to make a decision and Heidi never pushed her preferences. She was very forthcoming when asked her opinion about various properties and she was able to back up her opinion with facts and examples based on other residents from the area. As for negotiating, Heidi set realistic expectations of property value and spent time researching comparable properties in order to make our offers reasonable but leaving room to negotiate on options and upgrades. While buying any property can be stressful, Heidi's knowledge and willingness to go a little further made our camp search manageable and successful!
