•I regret I did not submit this sooner. We were one of the first residents in Waterset building our home in Phase 1. When we decided it was time to move on we selected a real estate agent and started the process. More than 30 showings and 6 months later we were frustrated and debating on whether or not to sell. After taking a break from the process for about 3 months we made the decision to try again to sell. We had heard about Mr. Waterset but did not take it seriously. We interviewed several agents from multiple companies and spoke to multiple people for input. We appreciated all who made their presentations however Bradley was the only one who shared his commendation of other agents and did not push for a decision. This created an immediate comfort level. We made the decision to sign with Bradley. His knowledge of the area and the property values proved invaluable. Bradley and Begona came over to our home and made some suggestions for appearance, brought in their photographer and rest was history. The day they listed our home (11/17/17) they had five showings scheduled and by the end of that day (11/18/17) we had 3 offers. We made the selection between two full price offers and closed ahead of schedule (12/28/17). We could not have been happier with our decision to go with Bradley and Begona. We used them to purchase our next home 2 months later. The level of professionalism, generosity, creativity, honesty and support were beyond our expectations. I continue to recommend Bradley to anyone I come in contact with who is looking to sell their home or buy their next home. I will absolutely use Bradley if I sell my current property or decide to purchase another property. Bradley & Begona Livingston are a fantastic team who provide a rare service of under promising and over delivering.
