•Mark is the consummate professional. I had a contract on another place with a contingency on selling my current home-- quickly! In the initial listing discussion, he was prepared, and outlined the opportunities and challenges of selling my place within a short period of time. Together we mapped out a strategy for getting my home sold in (possibly) the worse time of year to do so! His marketing efforts were top-notch, the support staff he engaged to address repair issues were a delight to work with, and despite the fact that I was travelling non-stop for work throughout the entire process, I knew the entire marketing/showing/contract process were in his very capable hands. Net-net... A VERY positive outcome, and I unequivocally recommend Mark MIddendorf's services.
