I’ve now worked with Lida to sell a home and buy one and I cannot praise her enough - on the sell side she advised on enhancements to make prior to selling that made the home more marketable, she then used her network of talented people to get the work done and after that sold the home in 11 days pretty close to asking price. So when we moved back to Chicago I already knew which realtor I was going to use to buy a home. On the buy side Lida helped us narrow area and what we were looking for and all in such a short amount of time - she really listens and is able to tune into what you’re looking for and works super hard to help you find it, negotiate it and then line up all the right professionals to help you close the deal. She works round the clock and is always on top of every detail to ensure the deal gets done.
