Craig Griffith has become my realtor for life
Craig Griffith has become my realtor for life. Once the house was selected, we sat down and had a long chat about all of the steps involved in the offer and ultimately, the purchase of a new home. He mentioned often in that discussion that although there would be many steps, he would walk me through each one. Since I hadn’t purchased a home since 1982, I really needed the help. As always, there were issues along the way. As promised, he explained each one and walked me through my options so that I thoroughly understood each issue and the implication of each one. As I received requests for information, he was always quick to let me know who was asking and why they needed the information. He let me know at each step what kind of expert service or advice we needed next. When I already had that particular advisor, he was happy to work with them. When I did not, he always had several choices of people that I could interview and select. When I used people that were among the choices he gave me, they always provided quick and thorough service. The entire process moved very quickly, and we closed on the exact day we planned. He was especially helpful during the negotiation process. He would explain what the seller was asking for, and always had multiple options of what we could counter with. I can’t say enough good things about his professionalism and knowledge. Because of his help, I now own the home of my dreams. As I said, I now have a realtor for life.
