•First met Katrina 7 years ago as we planned a move to the Boro... She was kind, helpful and effective and we purchased a home we thought we'd be in for life... I used to say only an act of God would get us to move... And so it did.... We received a letter from a Nashville realtor offering to purchase our home for a significant price - more than we could have expected. Since Katrina and I had stayed in touch over the years I called her and asked her opinion... She thought based on market conditions we could do better by listing the house... We trusted her and did as she suggested. Yes, it was a little work but in the end we received an amazing cash offer with no contingencies and closed relatively quickly. She was right BTW - offer was 10% above asking price. I know not every deal goes this way but I also know Katrina will give you her best professional advice and work hard for you.
