•I didn't know anything about home buying and jumped in with both feet. I am SO glad I had Doug to help me through it all. He is still answering questions and I closed two weeks ago. He answered every stupid question I asked and explained beyond the question to make sure I had all the relevant information. He was really great at helping me evaluate a property, pointing out potential issues with the homes and the neighborhoods. I confused him a bit as I wasn't sure what I wanted in a home but he was incredibly patient and had a great sense of humor when I dragged him to houses that he knew were not what I was looking for. I learned so much from Doug and would recommend him highly for new home buyers and frankly, anyone looking to jump into this seller's market for a new home.
