Townhouse
•We were fortunate to work with Joan Wear in the purchase of our Florida townhome near Melbourne. She made herself available to us even though she knew we were not in a hurry to buy just yet. She took time to find places that matched our preferences. She took time to show us the townhomes that seemed to match what we might want. While we were back at our other home up north, Joan would go to possible listings we might like and do a personal video as she toured the home. Joan easily answered our questions and listened as we reviewed the homes she showed us for future reference. Once we did find the townhouse we now have, she put everything into motion for us and we closed in a very timely manner. Joan is a an agent you can trust and depend on to keep your purchase moving. She will see things through to the very end. I can't recommend her highly enough. Thanks, Joan.
