•Pat has been my Realitor in purchasing two homes... our forever home 10 years ago & a rental just a few months ago. He went above and beyond in both experiences. He went with me to look at a bunch of houses before deciding on mine.. he was patient and knowledgeable. He fought to get us the best value for the house. He always answers his phone or calls back in a very timely manner. He was happy to answer any questions or concerns I had along the way. He always felt like more of a friend than someone selling me something. With the rental we purchased... he was the man who made it happen. It was a great opportunity close to home for us. We looked at it on a Monday, put a purchase offer in on Tuesday and had the offer excepted on Friday. He made the process very easy and worked around our schedule conflicts and having a small child. There was a small issue when we did the final walkthrough with the yard being damaged and he worked with the seller to get us some money back to fix the problem. Something I would have never thought to do! As we plan to purchase more rental properties in the future he would be my first phone call. If your looking to buy or sell... this is your guy... he will be with you through the whole process!
From the beginning stages of selling to finding a new house, to closing on both, I couldn't have been more pleased. Pat is never too busy to answer questions and help you through the process. He kept me informed each step of the way, which was important to me being a single older woman and hadn't done this in a long time. His years of experience are reassuring and serve him well. I would highly recommend Pat Hastings.
