•I bought through Christie and her service was excellent. She found the right house and guided me to successful closure quickly and efficiently, first time through. Christie was very effective at converting my challenging, somewhat conflicting criteria into relevant results that made the search very efficient and she worked off hours and weekends, giving me a competitive advantage in an aggressive seller’s market. She never failed to respond to my calls in time. My first choice was a house that happened to be one of Christie’s listings so she ended up representing both parties in the transaction which requires maximum professionalism. Prior to making an offer she carefully advised me of the potential conflicts, offering numerous independent options for closing the deal. The ensuing transaction was fair, amicable to both parties, smooth and efficient. Nearly six months later I still feel I paid a fair price and overall remain very satisfied. Christie’s professionalism and market knowledge are top notch and she won’t be outworked.
