•We really enjoyed working with Kevin, and strongly felt that we were able to buy this home only because of Kevin's insight and experience. We contacted Kevin to do a walk-through the first day this home came on the market, and Kevin arrange the visit for the following day. Based on Kevin's experience, he recommended several actions that we could take in our offer, and he clearly explained the pros and cons of taking these actions and why he felt that these would increase the likelihood of our offer being accepted. It turned out that there were 12 offers for this house in two days, and Kevin's recommendations were 100% spot on. There is no question in our minds that if we had not taken these actions then our offer would not have been accepted. Then the home inspection revealed a potential problem that could have scuttled the sale, and again Kevin's explanations for possible actions and his recommendations were spot on, and we were able to successfully negotiate with the sellers. In summary, we're extremely grateful for Kevin's insight, experience, and clear explanations and recommendations that allowed us to purchase this home.
