Outstanding!

David guided my parents with the sale of their home where they had lived for over thirty years. David is more than a real estate broker! My parents moved to an assisted living facility due to increasing health issues and decided to sell their home. My brother met with several realtors and realized David and his group were the best. A few weeks later my brother passed away. David and I connected shortly thereafter, and I saw what my brother saw is that David was definitely the right person to handle the sale of my parents' home. David met with my parents in their home and suggested some needed repairs/upgrades to make their home ready to sell. My parents and I felt comfortable with his plan that he had put together along with the multiple quotes for the work to be done. He was open and honest with his recommendations. While my parents were not able to get to be at the home and I live twelve hours away, David looked after the work like it was being done on his own home. He visited the home almost daily and would call or text, including pictures of the progress. He made contact with the neighbors (also my parent's friends) building a relationship with them. They were also impressed with his honesty and shared texts/pictures of the progress. If any issues came up, he would call to let me know how he handled or make suggestions how to handle. He would visit my parents if he needed their signatures when necessary. He followed the sale of other homes in their area and discussed listing prices with me and my parents. When he took their home to market, he and his group provided pictures, videos, and open house times to market the sale. My parents received multiple offers in a two-week period and David provided recommendations on each. He worked with the buyers' realtors to get the best price from my parents' home and led an easy closing for them. If you are looking for a person to sell your home, look no further than David Johnson. You will not be disappointed!!
