Great to work with and for negotiating sale and new home purchase

Edith staged our house and we had a lot of interest, and she negotiated the offer so we received close to asking price for the sale. We thought we would have to rent and take a year or so to find a new home to purchase. Edith was helping to find rentals, but it was difficult to find a home to rent. Edith was keeping an eye on a new build at a location near our former home, and it was great and actually cheaper than renting. She negotiated a lot of extras for us, and even with anohter full price offer she was able to talk the builder into a price a little below asking.
