Working with Dan is the best real estate experience you can have! He is accessible (very important), personable, knowledgeable and a wonderful negotiator. He is also great at diffusing awkward situations that crop up with buyers. (This is very important). We had full service at a level we had never experienced in past home sales- we got asking price and saved a bunch of money!
